Our Policy

Methods of Payments: Postal or Bank Money Order, items purchased will be shipped once payment is recieved.

Personal Check, items purchased will be shipped once payment has cleared the bank.

PayPal (Note: Will be available in the future)

Please include a copy of the email for items you have purchased along with your check to ensure that the correct items and quantities are shipped to you.

Local Orders: If you live locally we can make arrangements for you to pick up your order instead of having it shipped (to save on the shipping fees). When you place your order in the comment section add you wish to pick up you order. Unfortunately, we are not a store front, just a web based business, therefore, you cannot come to our facility and "browse" our products.

Shipping: All items are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Once shipped packages will arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

Incorrect Address or
Non-deliverables:
Regardless of whether you order over the internet or by e-mail please make certain that the address you send us is correct.  If a customer makes a delivery error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges.  If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional charges.

Returns: Please carefully make your selections. Note that these are handcrafted items and are unique. We are unable to accept returns, issue refunds or credits and can not guarantee the quality or purity of merchandise that is returned therefore, we can not restock it for resale.

Privacy Statement: We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent.

Back Orders: If the item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Sales Tax: A sales tax of 6.25% is added to all orders having a Zip Code of Massachusetts.
